So, what is Pilates?

I'm so happy you asked!
Pilates is a system of exercises that concentrates on building strength and maintaining control to/of the deep muscles of the torso, known as your "core".
The programming of Pilates exercises can incorporate small, medium and large equipment which lends to great variety and creativity. All ages, shapes, sizes and genders can most certainly benefit from a structured Pilates exercise program.
